
Maggie Hadley

Maggie Hadley joined the firm in September 2025. She clerked for Judge Gregory H. Woods on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Ronald Lee Gilman on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Previously, Maggie was a Herbert & Nell Singer Social Justice fellow in the Law Reform and Special Litigation Unit at the Legal Aid Society, where she worked on litigation challenging unconstitutional policing and arraignment conditions and advocated for increased police oversight.
Maggie graduated from Columbia Law School. At Columbia, she edited the Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual, represented students through the Suspension Representation Project, and conducted empirical research on police misconduct. She also interned for the Southern Poverty Law Center, the MacArthur Justice Center, and the Center for Appellate Litigation. Prior to law school, Maggie was an economic consultant at Analysis Group for three years.
